Equipping African Youth for Tomorrow’s Challenges
MyLEAPS Initiative, launched in August 2024, is a dynamic youth-focused organization committed to closing the skills gap among young people, especially those from marginalized and underserved communities across Africa.
We recognize that today’s fast-evolving global economy demands not only technical expertise but also leadership, innovation, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. Through a combination of innovative training programs focused on technical, digital, and soft skills, personalized mentorship, and access to critical resources and opportunities, MyLEAPS empowers youth to acquire future-relevant competencies that open doors to meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership roles.
Since our inception, we have trained hundreds of young people across 10 countries in areas such as artificial intelligence, career development, financial literacy, and more. Our programs are designed to be inclusive, intentionally supporting economically disadvantaged youth, young women, and persons with disabilities to ensure equitable access to opportunities.
